Panel Interview
Panel interviews can be very intimidating with as many as six people asking you different questions. It will be important to acknowledge everyone in the room by making eye contact with each of the interviewers. A common mistake made by some candidates is to maintaining eye contact with only one person. While you should focus primarily on the individual who asks a question, acknowledge the other people while you speak.
