Personal History Questions
Interviewers generally will use personal history inquiries to learn about the different aspects of your schooling. You should be able to speak to every single thing in your personal history. If there is something in your background that may cause difficulty—perhaps you had academic difficulties and withdrew from school for a time early in college-address it honestly and show how you resolved the problem and learned from it. Don't dwell on your answer, and don't volunteer information about such circumstances unless you are asked. But be prepared with your answer.
